Prizewinning workmanship

Bruce has recently won a prestigious award within the Guild of Traditional Upholsterers.

Members are asked to submit a portfolio of photographs of a piece of work that they have recently undertaken. Photos must follow the story of a job from beginning to end.

This year Bruce was awarded the Challenge Trophy during the Guild’s Annual Dinner in Chipping Campden. He previously won the trophy in 1993. He is pictured with the 2009 award, together with the French Style Victorian Armchair that he re-upholstered for the competition.
